Prime Oneonta Rentals was wonderful. I needed a one bedroom handicapped accessible apartment which is virtually impossible in Oneonta. I told them my needs and they worked with me and I had no problems at all, it was a huge weight off of my shoulders to find a comfortable and accessible home for me and my service dog. Any problems I had were taken care of very quickly by the building manager. Unfortunately I was only able to be there for a year on account of health reasons but if I ever need another apartment again the first place I would look is Prime Oneonta Rentals.
