How Do I Contact the Maintenance Team?

Feel free to submit a maintenance request conveniently through your resident portal, accessible 24/7. Our dedicated maintenance team is committed to addressing your needs promptly. Once you've submitted your request, our team will reach out to you to discuss the details and coordinate a timely resolution. We understand the importance of a well-maintained living space, and we're here to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Your convenience is our priority, and we strive to make the maintenance process seamless for you.

  • Flooding

    In the event of water flowing uncontrollably, such as from a clogged toilet, ceiling leakage, or frozen pipe, please promptly shut off the water supply to the affected area or the entire house and notify our maintenance team for assistance.

  • Fire

    First, dial 911 for immediate assistance, then get in touch with us.

  • Lockouts

    Get in touch with our team, and we'll be able to assist you with unlocking the door. Should you require a new key, please note that there is a $10 fee for a replacement.

  • Heating Problems

    If you encounter any problems with heating, please reach out to our team without delay.

Parking Regulations

The parking located at Prime Oneonta Rental properties is provided for TENANT USE ONLY

Violators may be towed at their own expense. If you have guests they must find alternate parking!

Off-street parking at Prime Oneonta Rentals properties are designated for use by tenants exclusively. All tenants will receive a parking permit after move in. Any violators may face towing at their own expense. Guests are required to seek alternative parking arrangements.

  • The City of Oneonta is actively working to enhance awareness among residents and visitors regarding its parking regulations. With over 500 free overnight parking spots available across downtown lots and streets, the city aims to accommodate parking needs.
  • Overnight parking is accessible in various locations including the Westcott, Dietz Street, Fairview, and Wall Street lots. While the city does not provide long-term parking or car storage facilities, there are ample overnight parking options available:
  • In Two Hour Parking zones, overnight parking is permitted from 6:01 PM to 9:00 AM, except for the Westcott Lot where it is allowed from 6 PM to 8 AM.
  • In Four-Hour Parking areas, overnight parking is permitted from 4:01 PM to 10:00 AM.
  • In areas designated as No Parking from 5 AM to 6 AM, overnight parking is allowed, but vehicles must be relocated by 5 AM.
